Refund Policy

14-day refund window

Single sessions, 4- and 8-lesson packages, and Carray structured programs (Starter, Progress, Fluency) can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, provided no session from that purchase has been used yet.

Once a session has been used

As soon as one session from a purchase has taken place, that purchase — and any remaining credits or sessions within it — is no longer eligible for a refund. This applies even if you are still within the 14-day window.

How this differs from other policies

This Refund Policy is separate from two other policies on this site:

• The statutory right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) under EU/German consumer law, described on our Right of Withdrawal page, which applies independently of and takes precedence over this policy. • Our 12-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy for sessions you have already booked, which is unaffected by this Refund Policy and continues to apply as described in your booking confirmation.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at info@carraytutoring.com with your booking or order reference number. We'll confirm your eligibility and process approved refunds to your original payment method.
